Hi, I’m Drake.

I’m a counselor, group fitness instructor, yoga teacher, and coach based in Colorado. My work centers on helping people reconnect with themselves—whether that’s through therapy, mindfulness-based coaching, or movement.

In counseling, I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, and IFS to support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. In yoga, I help individuals slow down, connect with their breath, and build awareness of how the body holds and releases emotion. And through Lagree training, I guide clients in developing strength, discipline, and body awareness that support both mental and physical wellbeing.

Each of these practices has played a meaningful role in my own growth and healing. They’ve taught me how to move through life with more presence, steadiness, and self-trust—and I’m grateful to share that same sense of connection and resilience with others.
